Rima Tesfaye

As a fish-sorter on small boats, Rima Tesfaye once mailed a resupply box with three days of food but no salt and spent a wet afternoon treating every meal as a moral failure. Now in her fifties, she has never again sealed a resupply box without checking the spreadsheet against the food, the route, and the appetite waiting at the next stop.
