Ruth Oglesby

Ruth Oglesby has been arguing with the cryptozoology establishment since before most of its members were born. A retired schoolteacher from rural Kentucky, she has spent forty years maintaining that the mainstream cryptid community is looking in the wrong places, asking the wrong questions, and — most damningly — ignoring the Appalachian witness tradition that predates every organized expedition.
