Zadok Owusu retired after correctly calling a snow ratio that left a porch rail wearing exactly the depth he predicted, a small triumph that began during his years clearing hornets from attic vents and grew into a grudge against every forecast that treats wet flakes and powder as interchangeable. He still holds that grudge against the snow-total argument that started when a promising ratio collapsed into slush before breakfast, and he has recently retired from pest control to pursue the matter across every new model cycle.
