The Fanfic Forum Declares Its First Edition a Local Institution

The Fanfic Forum opened its first edition this morning by treating fanfic as both a civic duty and a highly specific weather event. The editorial desk reported calm, although nobody agreed on what counted as calm.

By noon, the local fanfic conversation had acquired a timetable, a committee, and one person willing to explain the whole thing from memory. That person was given a chair near the window and a very serious notebook.
