Feliciano Dimapilis

Feliciano Dimapilis first encountered birding at a hotel front desk, when a guest asked him to settle a field-mark dispute between two callers who had arrived from opposite ends of the same marsh. He has been difficult to speak to about anything else since, especially now that his years handling late check-ins and disputed room charges have made him alert to every missing detail in a sighting.
