Software engineer and recreational secessionist Kyle Sovereign has formally declared his 0.18-acre backyard an independent nation-state called the Republic of Liberterra, complete with a written constitution, a national flag (the Gadsden snake superimposed on a Bitcoin logo), and an immigration policy that he describes as 'radically open, except for code enforcement officers.'
