Marina Board Election Descends Into Chaos Over Proposed 15-Cent Increase in Ice Machine Fee

The annual board election at Windward Cove Marina devolved into what participants described as 'the most heated governance dispute since the live-aboard shower time controversy of 2019' after outgoing treasurer Paul Cleat proposed increasing the ice machine fee from $1.50 to $1.65 per bag.
